D24 Diamond Brush
The D24 Diamond brush has a unique 3-part design, which has advantages over a single bundle in terms of polishing effect during the polishing process.
Firstly, finer polishing control: Due to its design, the pen brush can disperse abrasive threads into smaller 3-equal parts. This design allows for more precise control of the pressure and speed in each small area during the polishing process, resulting in a more uniform and detailed polishing effect. In contrast, a whole bundle of abrasive filaments may be difficult to achieve such precise control during polishing, which can easily lead to uneven or excessive polishing.
Secondly, reduce scratches and damage: Due to the dispersed design of the pen brush, the pressure and contact area of each small area of abrasive wire when in contact with the workpiece are relatively small. This helps to reduce scratches and damage caused by excessive pressure or contact area. This is particularly important for workpieces that require high precision and high surface quality.
Thirdly, improve polishing efficiency: Although on the surface, evenly dividing the polishing process may require more time and steps, in reality, it can more accurately control the polishing process, reduce unnecessary repetitive and corrective work, and thus often improve overall polishing efficiency in practical applications. In addition, evenly dividing the polishing process can help reduce the subsequent processing costs and time caused by uneven polishing.
Strong adaptability: The design of the pen brush allows it to be suitable for surfaces of various shapes and sizes of workpieces. Whether it is a flat, curved or complex shaped surface, effective polishing can be achieved by adjusting the angle and pressure of the pen brush. This adaptability makes equal division polishing advantageous in various application scenarios.
The D24 brush uses diamond abrasive wire, which has the highest hardness among all abrasives. This extremely high hardness means that diamond abrasive wires can maintain a sharp state for a long time during the grinding process, reducing the wear of abrasive particles and significantly extending their service life. Due to its extremely high hardness, diamond abrasive wire can easily remove a large amount of excess on the surface of the material, quickly achieving the desired machining effect. Diamond abrasive wire not only improves grinding efficiency, but also ensures high grinding quality. Its hardness and wear resistance result in less abrasive chips generated during the grinding process, reducing scratches and damage on the material surface, and helping to obtain a smoother and more uniform machined surface. In addition, the self sharpening property of diamond abrasive wire is also good, which can automatically maintain sharpness during the grinding process, further improving the grinding quality
Wide application
In the fields of electronics industry, metal industry, color steel plate, steel tile, hardware and building materials industry, metallurgy, jewelry, automobiles, etc
High Quality
Long lasting and fast removal. As nylon strands wear, they expose new embedded abrasives that continue to provide consistent results. Their unique abrasive particles are suitable for surface treatment, grinding, polishing, deburring, and finishing of various workpieces. In addition, they have water resistance, oil resistance, and corrosion resistance, which can maintain their performance in harsh environments. They are suitable for processing various hardware accessories, wooden products, etc., such as laptop chassis
Fit all
Machining Center - VMC/CNC/HMC
Other specialized machines, such as angle grinders, electric nail grinders, and pneumatic grinders
Safer to use
They are made of synthetic chemical resistant nylon brushes, which are very safe and will not cause any sparks, corrosion, rust, peeling, or skin punctures like metal brushes
Considerations
Before polishing, first grind the abrasive wire pencil brush, that is, grind it against scrapped or iron parts, for 1 to 3 minutes to ensure the best brush condition
